Engr. M. Mazhar-Ul-Islam (Chief Executive) 47 year’s experience in Design, Project Management and Engineering Procurement / Contracts Claims Management & Arbitration in Pakistan and Abroad. Remained instrumental in Developing and Implementing a set of Engineering Procurement Documents after Approval of ECNEC under the Authority of Pakistan Engineering Council.
Practicing Professional Engineer since 1975. Remained Senior Manager Contracts, Turner Construction International LLC (USA), looking after all the contractual matters of EMAAR Pakistan Development Projects amounting to US $42 Billion. Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Pakistan Institute of Cost and Contracts (PICC), a subsidiary of Pakistan Engineering Council. Developed market based all type of construction cost data for all districts of Pakistan including AJK and GB; hoisted on the PICC website (www.picc.org.pk) and updated monthly basis. Served 14 years in NESPAK Lahore Head Office and remained General Manager/ Head of Contracts Division.
