About Us
Techno Legal Consultants (Pvt.) Limited (TLC) is a consulting engineering firm aims at providing the specialized services independently, in all aspects of Project Management, Contractual Matters and Engineering Procurements to the Local as well as International project executing agencies, employers, contractors, consultants, manufacturers, funding agencies etc. The focused area of services is the Project and Construction Management on behalf of the employer for which TLC has a highly experienced and competent core team.
TLC is registered with Security and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and secured National Tax Number (NTN) from Federal Board of Revenue. The firm is also licensed by Pakistan Engineering Council, the Statutory Regulatory Body which regulates the engineering profession of Pakistan. Being a member of Association of Consulting Engineers Pakistan (ACEP), TLC is a member of International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC).
Techno Legal Consultants (Pvt.) Ltd (TLC) was established in the year 2009 with a vision to make smart and independent service provider in the field of engineering consultancy in all aspects of Professional Engineering Works. It was my vision at the inception that TLC should be an exception to the other consultancy organizations which generally aimed at purely doing the business to earn money.
